Shipping Terms

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

 

1.1. These Shipping Terms regulate the procedures and principles regarding the shipment and delivery of products sold through the www.deristok.com website operated by Anaeli Health and Education Services Trade Ltd. Co.

 

1.2. Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the Buyer during the order process through the Seller's contracted shipping company. The currently contracted shipping company is Yurtiçi Kargo.

 

1.3. These Shipping Terms apply together with the Distance Sales Contract, Pre-Contractual Information Form for Distance Sales, Return and Exchange Policy, Auction and Offer Sale Terms of Use, and Terms of Use.

 

1.4. Shipping terms apply to both normal sales conducted through www.deristok.com and new and first-hand genuine leather and leather products purchased through the auction module (offer sales). Unless otherwise specified, the delivery of auction products is also subject to the same principles.

 

2. DELIVERY REGIONS AND SCOPE

 

2.1. Orders placed through www.deristok.com can be shipped within Turkey to provinces and districts where the contracted shipping company provides services.

 

2.2. In regions outside the shipping company's service network or with limited service, delivery times may be extended, products may be held at a branch for pickup, or alternative delivery methods may be arranged with the buyer.

 

2.3. International shipments are excluded from scope unless otherwise explicitly announced. International shipping requests must be discussed separately with customer service.

 

3. DELIVERY TIME

 

3.1. Normal sales: Confirmed orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days, depending on product stock status and preparation time. By law, your order must be delivered within 30 days. This period may be extended with the Buyer's explicit consent.

 

3.2. Auction and offer sales: New and first-hand genuine leather and leather products purchased through the auction module begin their delivery period after payment confirmation is received. Typically, these products are also prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days and are subject to the same 30-day maximum delivery period.

 

3.3. Official holidays, festivals, peak campaign periods, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events (natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, lockouts, etc.) and logistics-related disruptions may delay delivery. In such cases, Deristok will make reasonable efforts to notify the Buyer within the shortest possible time.

 

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGES

 

4.1. Shipping charges vary based on cart value, product dimensions and weight, delivery address, and campaign conditions. Current shipping costs are clearly displayed to the Buyer on the order summary and payment screens.

 

4.2. Free shipping may be applied to orders above a certain amount as part of seasonal campaigns. This application is separately announced on the site and is subject to specific conditions.

 

4.3. For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost for the initial delivery is refunded to the Buyer as required by law. However, if the Buyer chooses more expensive delivery options beyond Deristok's standard cheapest shipping method, the refund of these additional costs may not be made.

 

5. DELIVERY METHOD AND ADDRESS

 

5.1. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer during the order process through a shipping courier. The Buyer or an authorized person may be asked to present identification and sign delivery documents during delivery.

 

5.2. If delivery cannot be completed due to the Buyer not being at the specified address, incorrect or incomplete address information, or the recipient not being present, the shipping company may take the products to its nearest branch, leave a delivery notice, or the products may be returned to Deristok after a certain period. In such cases where delays occur due to these reasons, Deristok may not be directly liable if there is no fault on its part.

 

5.3. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete address and contact information. Address change requests must be communicated to customer service in writing or verbally before the product is shipped. After shipment begins, address changes are subject to the shipping company's policies and capabilities.

 

5.4. Products purchased through the auction module are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer during the order process. If different delivery conditions apply to auction products, they will be specified separately on the product page or in the auction description.

 

6. INSPECTION AND DELIVERY RECEIPT AT TIME OF DELIVERY

 

6.1. The Buyer should visually inspect the shipping package during delivery; if there are signs of tearing, crushing, water damage, opening, puncture, or any suspicious condition, the Buyer should prepare a report with the shipping courier and should not accept the product.

 

6.2. Signing the shipping delivery form or electronic delivery record serves as evidence that the product was delivered in good external condition. For damage discovered later, it is important to notify Deristok as soon as possible with photographic and similar evidence.

 

6.3. Particularly for new and first-hand genuine leather and leather products, if serious crushing, tearing, or deformation damage is discovered at the time of delivery, the product should not be accepted and a damage report must be prepared.

 

7. SPECIAL PROVISIONS REGARDING DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE AUCTION MODULE

 

7.1. Delivery of new and first-hand genuine leather and leather products purchased through the auction and offer sales module is subject to the general Shipping Terms. If a different shipping company or delivery method will be used for these products, this will be specified in the auction description or on the product page.

 

7.2. When the "Buy Now" transaction is completed on the auction module and payment confirmation is received, the relevant product or products are considered sold in the system and are prepared for delivery. In cases of stock unavailability or supply impossibility, the provisions of the Distance Sales Contract and Auction and Offer Sale Terms of Use apply.

 

7.3. Auction products are subject to the same regulations as normal sales products regarding the right of withdrawal and defective goods provisions. However, minor color and texture variations resulting from the natural structure of genuine leather and leather products are not considered defects.

 

8. DELIVERY DELAYS AND IMPOSSIBILITY

 

8.1. If unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events arise that prevent delivery of the ordered product, Deristok will notify the Buyer as soon as possible after learning of the situation. In this case, the Buyer may:

 

Grant additional time for delivery, or 

Cancel the order and request a refund of the amount paid.

 

8.2. If it becomes impossible to supply the ordered product, Deristok will notify the Buyer within 3 days of learning of the situation and will refund all payments received within 14 days.

 

8.3. Particularly for limited stock new and first-hand genuine leather and leather products sold through the auction module, if the product is not actually available due to stock record errors, typos, or technical issues, the order may be cancelled and a refund issued. In such cases, the Buyer cannot claim additional compensation.

 

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

9.1. When there is a return or exchange request for delivered products, the provisions of the Return and Exchange Policy, Distance Sales Contract, Pre-Contractual Information Form for Distance Sales, and Auction and Offer Sale Terms of Use apply.

 

9.2. Shipping Terms do not alter return and exchange processes; they contain only special provisions regarding the delivery stage. The right of withdrawal, defective products, exchanges, and other matters are governed by the provisions in the relevant legal documents.

 

10. ORDER TRACKING AND NOTIFICATION

 

10.1. When your order is received and shipped, a notification message may be sent to your registered email address and/or mobile phone. Additionally, you can view your order status and shipping tracking number (if available) in the "My Orders" section of your account.

 

10.2. You can track your shipment status using the tracking number through Yurtiçi Kargo's website or call center.

 

11. EFFECTIVE DATE AND AMENDMENTS

 

11.1. These Shipping Terms become effective on the date they are published on www.deristok.com.

 

11.2. Anaeli Health and Education Services Trade Ltd. Co. may update the Shipping Terms in accordance with regulatory changes and operational needs. The current text is always available on www.deristok.com.

 

11.3. Users' continued shopping on www.deristok.com means they accept the updated Shipping Terms.
