Deristok primarily sells new and first-hand genuine leather and leather shoes, bags, wallets, belts, jackets, coats, and various leather accessories. All our products are authentic and invoiced. Due to the natural structure of genuine leather material, variations in color tone, texture, pores, and minor marks may be observed. These characteristics are inherent to natural leather and are not considered defects.
3. How can I place an online order?

Under normal circumstances, your confirmed orders will be handed over to the cargo company within 1-3 business days. According to regulations, the delivery time for your order is a maximum of 30 days. Official holidays, campaign congestion, or force majeure events may affect delivery time.

For purchases made through www.deristok.com, if you are a consumer, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you receive the product without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Deristok of your return request before the 14-day period expires and return the product within 10 days from the date you submit your withdrawal notice.

11. In which cases cannot I use the right of withdrawal?
According to regulations:
For custom-made products prepared according to the buyer's requests or personal needs,
For perishable products or those with expiration dates,
For intimate apparel, swimwear, bikinis, and similar products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and are not hygienic for return,
For products that have mixed with other items after delivery and cannot be separated,
For accommodation, vehicle rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure services offered on a specific date or period,
For services performed instantly in electronic form and digital content delivered instantly,
For services whose performance has begun before the withdrawal period expires with the buyer's consent
the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
For genuine leather and leather products; if the protective packaging has been opened, the product has been used beyond normal testing limits, is not suitable for resale, is heavily soiled, or has suffered serious damage, the right of withdrawal may be limited or a depreciation fee may be deducted.
12. Who pays for return shipping?
Under the right of withdrawal, as long as you use Deristok's partner cargo company Yurtiçi Kargo for your return shipment, no return shipping fee will be charged to you. The standard shipping fee you paid for the initial delivery will also be refunded to you according to regulations.
If you wish to send the return via a different cargo company, the shipping costs and risks of the product being lost or damaged will be your responsibility.
13. When will the refund for the returned product be credited to my account?
After the returned product reaches Deristok's warehouses, it will be inspected. If the product meets return conditions, your payment will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the date your withdrawal notice reaches Deristok, using the same payment method you used when placing your order.
For payments made with bank or credit cards, the time for the refund to appear on your card statement depends on your bank's processing times.
14. Can I exchange a product I bought online at a store?
Depending on stock, system, and promotional status, exchange options may be available for online purchases at stores. Since this practice may change seasonally, you should contact our customer service or the relevant store before requesting an exchange.
As a general rule, the return and exchange process for online orders is primarily conducted through the online channel and the specified return address.
15. Can I return a product I bought at a store?
In-store purchases are not covered by distance selling; therefore, the mandatory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. However, for customer satisfaction, depending on store discretion, options such as exchanges or gift vouchers may be offered for unused products that are suitable for resale.
Refunds are generally not provided for in-store purchases. Detailed application may vary depending on the policies of the store where you made your purchase at that time.
16. I think there is a manufacturing defect or flaw in the product. What should I do?

The product will be inspected by Deristok's technical team or an authorized service center. 17. How should I protect and clean my genuine leather and leather products?
Genuine leather and leather products can be affected by temperature, humidity, sunlight, chemicals, and friction. Therefore:
Keep the product away from direct sunlight, intense heat, and moisture,
Use appropriate leather care products for cleaning and avoid harsh chemicals,
Dry wet products at room temperature, not near radiators or intense heat sources,
Store shoes on shoe trees or in a way that does not deform their shape.
These precautions extend product life and reduce the risk of warranty exclusion.
18. What should I pay attention to when selecting size/fit?

The auction module is a quoted sales system that allows corporate members or seller accounts to list new and first-hand genuine leather and leather products at a starting price and quantity they determine, while allowing buyers to view these products and purchase them instantly by clicking the "Buy Now" button within the auction period.
Unlike traditional open auctions, prices do not increase incrementally in Deristok's auction module; the starting price and quantity offered for sale are fixed. When a suitable buyer accepts these terms and purchases the product, the auction closes.

Products purchased through the auction module are also new and first-hand genuine leather and leather products. If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for these products according to distance selling regulations.
The return process is conducted according to the Distance Sales Agreement, Return and Exchange Policy, and Auction and Quoted Sales Terms of Use. The product must be returned unused, tested only within normal limits, suitable for resale, with its original packaging and all accessories intact.
22. What is the difference between auction and regular sales?
In regular sales, you place an order at a fixed selling price determined by Deristok. In the auction module, corporate members or seller accounts list specific genuine leather and leather products at a starting price and quantity they determine.
