Payment will be processed through the bank or relevant payment institution's infrastructure, and contractual relationships between the Buyer and their bank (installments, interest, fees, etc.) are the responsibility of the bank.

5.2. Delivery Period:
The Seller will deliver the product(s) to the Buyer or to the person at the address specified by the Buyer within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of receiving the order. This period may be extended with the Buyer's explicit consent.
5.3. Delivery Method:
The product(s) will be sent via the cargo company contracted by the Seller (Yurtiçi Kargo) to the delivery address specified by the Buyer.
At the time of delivery, the signature of the Buyer or the person accepting the delivery is obtained or a delivery record is created. This record serves as evidence that delivery has taken place.
5.4. Delivery Charges:
The shipping/delivery fee is shown to the Buyer during ordering and on the order summary screen. Unless otherwise stated, the shipping fee is paid by the Buyer.
During promotional and campaign periods, shipping may be free for orders above a certain amount. This will be announced separately on the order screen.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. Withdrawal Period:
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.
When multiple products are ordered and products are delivered on different dates, the withdrawal period begins from the delivery date of the last product.
For service contracts, the withdrawal period is 14 (fourteen) days from the date the contract is concluded.

6.3. Method of Withdrawal Notice:
If the Buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they may communicate it to the Seller through a written statement, email, KEP, mail, or via the return request form on https://www.deristok.com.
The burden of proof that the right of withdrawal was exercised within the deadline rests with the Buyer. Therefore, it is advisable to use registered mail, notary, KEP, or system records.
7. SITUATIONS WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following goods or services:
a) Contracts for goods or services whose price varies depending on fluctuations in financial markets and is beyond the Seller's control
b) Contracts for products prepared according to the Buyer's requests or personal needs, modified or customized to become personalized
c) Contracts for delivery of perishable goods or goods that may expire
d) Contracts for goods that have had their protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package opened after delivery and whose return is not appropriate for health and hygiene reasons (such as underwear, swimwear, bikini, etc.)
e) Contracts for goods that mix with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature
f) Contracts for periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under subscription contracts
g) Contracts for accommodation, goods transportation, vehicle rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure services that must be provided on a specific date or period
h) Contracts for services provided instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the Buyer
ı) Contracts for services whose performance begins before the withdrawal period expires with the Buyer's consent
Regarding leather and similar products sold on Deristok; for products whose nature makes resale inappropriate from a health and hygiene perspective, whose protective packaging has been opened, which have been used beyond the trial limit, or whose original packaging, fixed labels, protective bands, or accessories are damaged, the right of withdrawal may be limited or the value loss amount may be deducted from the refund, to the extent permitted by law.
For products that require authorized service to open packaging or installation, the right of withdrawal may be limited for products that have been tampered with, installed, or have damaged packaging by third parties other than authorized service.
8. CONSEQUENCES OF EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS
8.1. Product Return:
If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, they must return the product to the Seller or to the Yurtiçi Kargo branch designated by the Seller within 10 (ten) days from the date the withdrawal notice is directed to the Seller.
The product to be returned must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and complete with all accessories, labels, documents, and the original invoice. If the invoice is lost, the process will be handled in accordance with applicable tax law.
8.2. Return Shipping Fee:
The Seller will not charge the Buyer any return shipping fee for returns made via the contracted cargo company (Yurtiçi Kargo) specified in the pre-contractual information.
If the Buyer wishes to return via a carrier other than the one designated by the Seller, the return shipping cost and risks of loss, damage, or delay are borne by the Buyer.
If the Seller has not specified a carrier in the pre-contractual information or if the specified carrier does not have a branch in the Buyer's location, the Seller is responsible for organizing and covering the costs of the return.
8.3. Refund:
The Seller will refund all payments made by the Buyer up to that date and any initial delivery shipping fee, if applicable, within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date the withdrawal notice reaches the Seller, using the same payment method the Buyer used.
The Seller is not responsible for the procedures and practices of the relevant bank or payment institution (time for the refund to appear on the credit card statement, etc.).
For products returned under the right of withdrawal, any value loss resulting from use beyond normal use limits may be deducted from the refund amount in accordance with applicable law.
9. DELIVERY DELAY AND IMPOSSIBILITY
If it becomes apparent that the Seller cannot deliver the product within the specified period, the Seller will immediately notify the Buyer and may request additional time with the Buyer's approval. If the Buyer does not accept the extension, they have the right to cancel the contract and request a refund of the amount paid.
If it becomes impossible to procure the product subject to the order, the Seller will notify the Buyer within 3 (three) days of learning of this situation and will refund all payments collected within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days.
10. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION METHODS
The Buyer may submit complaints regarding the product and sale to the Seller through the contact channels specified above.
For disputes arising from this pre-contractual information form and the distance sales contract to be concluded between the parties; Consumer Arbitration Boards in the location where the Buyer purchased the product or resides are competent for disputes within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Commerce each year, and Consumer Courts are competent for disputes exceeding these limits.
Before applying to the Consumer Court, mandatory mediation must be requested in accordance with applicable law.
11. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
Personal data of the Buyer may be processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and applicable law for the purposes of receiving the order, processing it, performing the contract, arranging delivery, providing after-sales services, accounting, and fulfilling legal obligations, and may be transferred to relevant third parties (cargo company, banks, payment institutions, accountants, lawyers, etc.) when necessary.

The Buyer may exercise their rights under the PDPA (access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, etc.) by notifying the Seller in writing or through the methods specified on the website.
12. ELECTRONIC CONSENT
The Buyer declares that they have read and understood this Pre-Contractual Information Form, accept its contents, and have obtained this form on a permanent data storage medium (email, account panel, etc.) before approving the distance sales contract in electronic form.
When the Buyer approves the order, they are deemed to have accepted the provisions of this form and the Distance Sales Agreement.
