2.   SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement concerns the sale and delivery of the product specified in this Agreement, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the SELLER's website named https://www.deristok.com, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated March 6, 2011, No. 27866.

3.   PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION

4.   RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the product or service within 14 days from the date the product is received or the contract is signed, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any reason. We undertake to accept the return of the product from the date the withdrawal notification reaches the seller/provider.
In accordance with the General Announcement of the Tax Procedure Law No. 395, before sending the product you wish to return, you must log in to https://www.deristok.com and from your account, select "My Orders" tab, click the "Details" button on the relevant order line, and click the COMPLAINT/RETURN REQUEST FORM button in the pop-up window to submit your return request.

Notifications made through invalid and disputed methods such as telephone, fax, and email are considered not made.
5.   PROVISIONS REGARDING THE USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND PRODUCT RETURN
5.1. Products without invoice and box cannot be returned. 
5.2. Products with damaged original packaging, loss of resale characteristics, or in condition that cannot be purchased by another customer will not be accepted for return. All labels on the product to be returned must be on the product and must not have been altered. 
5.3. You must send the original invoice along with all copies in your possession with the product you wish to return. 
5.4. Shipping costs for products you wish to return are covered by our customers. For damaged or misprinted products, to benefit from free shipping, you must send your package to the Seller's address listed above via our contracted cargo company. For returns sent via other cargo companies, shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient. 
5.5. The received product is first examined by https://www.deristok.com. If it complies with the above conditions, the return process is initiated and the product price is refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 10 days. 
5.6. The buyer may exchange the product purchased from https://www.deristok.com stores if the product range is appropriate.
6.   OTHER PROVISIONS
6.1. Complaints and objections may be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Boards in the location where the buyer/recipient purchased the product or resides, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology each December, or to Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding these limits.
6.4. If the addresses specified by the parties at the time of signing this agreement change, they are obligated to notify the new notification addresses in writing by registered mail clearly indicating the address change. Otherwise, notifications made to the old address will be deemed valid.
6.5. The stamp duty for this agreement will be paid by the SELLER.
6.6. The information provided in this agreement is given for commercial purposes in accordance with the principles of good faith and in a manner that protects minors and persons lacking or with limited legal capacity, in accordance with the remote communication tools used.
7.   BUYER'S DECLARATION
The BUYER declares that they have read and understood this Agreement, including all information regarding the basic characteristics of the product subject to the contract, the sales price, payment method, and delivery terms, and has provided the necessary confirmation in electronic form.
8.   JURISDICTION CLAUSE - ORDER FULFILLMENT PERIOD
The order subject to this agreement will be fulfilled within 5 business days from the date it reaches the seller.
In extraordinary circumstances such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, uprisings, civil unrest, nuclear risk and hazard, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage, and fire, during discount periods, and in situations arising from the buyer (not being at the address, no authorized person to receive delivery, buyer having moved from the address, etc.), the delivery period and conditions may vary.
9.   SIGNATURE PLACE AND DATE
This Distance Sales Agreement was concluded in electronic form on 2024-12-01 at 06:22, and a copy in electronic format has been sent to the BUYER's email address specified in Article 1 of this agreement.
